Welcome back to Pilates With Marilyn
My name is Marilyn Harder, pilates instructor, and pilates master trainer.
In Season 2 Episode 2 we are tackling a nice pilates flow and some body image recalibration. My goal for you in this episode is to find gratitude and appreciation as well as grounding within your body. We spend so much of our time consumed by data and analytics and thinking and overthinking that we curl our soul into the smallest point of our body and we don’t experience the full embodiment of the present moment, the temperature of our skin, the way the fabric feels, the beautiful colors and vibrancy around us. We get sucked in and out of the human experience.
My goal for you is to find a pathway back to that body, a pathway back to movement, a pathway back to gratitude and a pathway back to accepting the body, loving and finding gratitude that you were even given a body.
