Welcome back to Season 2 Episode 7
Today we are going to focus on just moving our body, intuitive movement. Also we want to explore the idea of our ever changing presence. Our body is literally designed to adjust and adapt over time. So often as our body adjusts and adapts, wether is through the aging process or its from an injury or its just the natural ebb and flow of our weight, we tend to get stuck. Get stuck in patterns of personal rejection, get stuck in the aesthetic appearance of what once was or in what it is becoming and we lose connection with our body.
We’re going to focus in on pairing the really great intuitive movement with the continual rebirth of ourselves. Each and everyday that you wake up, each and every moment that you experience in it’s body, in YOUR body is one moment of one moment. There is not a fluidity of time that we want to get stuck into with our identification of self. So I challenge you, in this moment to be in this moment in your body. So I look forward to challenging you with that and challenging you through movement and I will see you in episode 7
