This is Season 2 Episode 13. Today we’re going to be doing a full-body flow, putting our body in all of the major pilates positions; sideline, prone, supine on our back as well as getting into our bridges and planks, so the entire body. We’re also going to take a deep dive into our core beliefs about ourselves.
Taking in the realization that all of those negative ideas that have been planted, were generally planted by people who did not love or care for us. How do we unearth those? Have a radical realization of our self-worth and move our body in all directions.
