We will also be working on the commitment to the relationship to ourselves. So often we put ourselves last, dead last. After everything, an after thought, and often don’t even come to ourselves as a priority in our life.
Well this week, while we move, working on our planks, working on our core, and getting into the fluidity and movement in our body. We’re going to discuss how the commitment to yourself is just as important as the commitment to an important relationship in your life, whether to a significant other or spouse. There will be times in your life when you’re disconnected and you have to recommit to that relationship. That may be you with your body today.
