This is season 3 episode 5 of Pilates With Marilyn. We’re continuing on our 10 min express trade.
This week we’re going to tackle spinal articulation. Moving that spine in all directions is what keeps us young and mobile. Moving it with connection and control keeps us strong for life movements, for rotation, flection, picking things up, etc. And Keeping our spine mobile, keeps us feeling young.
This week you’ll need something to elevate your feet in our bridges, whether it’s a coffee table or a box-like mine, or even the edge of your couch. You’ll also need your mat, gravity and. Good attitude.
This one is not great for people with osteoporosis or disk issues, otherwise, join me. I look forward to meeting with you this week and practicing self-care together.
