This is season 2 episode 17.
There are times in our life when we need to be kind to ourselves. Whether our body is complaining or our soul is complaining, there is time to take solace in the rest but still move through life in a way that is rejuvenating and rehabilitating.
So this week I’m going to put together a flow for you that is for those days that your body is complaining. Something that is relatively benign but really connects movement and focuses on the most important muscle groups. Especially if you’re prone to low back pain or hip pain like I am and get you back on your feet.
Also speaking to trusting in the times of rest. Not everything has to move forward at break-neck speed all the time. Part of loving yourself and coming into your body is taking its signals before it just steps on the brake pedal itself
