Digital Products & Online Programs

• All sales of digital products, downloads, memberships, and online programs are final.

• Due to the immediate access provided, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted once your purchase is completed.

Events & Sponsorships

• Event registrations and sponsorship packages are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend a live event, you may request a transfer of your ticket or sponsorship benefits to another individual with prior written approval from CHC.

Physical Products

• Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

• To request a return authorization, please email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
