Corporate Hippie Connection LLC (“CHC”) is committed to providing high-quality digital programs, events, and physical products. Please read this Warranty Policy carefully, as it explains the limited warranty coverage for eligible purchases.
All digital products, memberships, and online programs are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
CHC makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or business performance.
CHC does not provide warranties for live or virtual events, tickets, or sponsorships.
All event-related services are provided as-is and without guarantees.
Physical products purchased from CHC are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, customers must notify CHC at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, including order details and photos of the defective product.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by customer negligence, misuse, or modifications.
Issues resulting from shipping delays or carriers outside CHC’s control.
Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use CHC products.
If a valid warranty claim is submitted within the applicable period, CHC will, at its sole discretion:
Replace the defective product, or
Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product.
CHC’s liability under this Warranty Policy is limited solely to the remedies described above. In no event shall CHC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
