Welcome back to Pilates With Marilyn
My name is Marilyn Harder, I am a pilates instructor and pilates master trainer.
This week our workout will be focused in on working through imbalances in our body. When we speak about imbalances we are both talking about right side versus left side which is what we intuitively think about. But we are also talking about front muscles versus back muscles, inside muscles verse outside muscles, finding it and in complete connection 360 degrees of our body.
This week you’ll also have the opportunity to do a second set of several exercises on our weaker side so we are also trending towards and working out imbalances towards our overall goal of being equally strengthened from left to right, front to back, inside versus outside. This will become one of your favorites, go-to exercise classes to continually rework and rebalance as we move through.
