My name is Marilyn Harder, pilates instructor, and pilates master trainer.
This is season 2 episode 10. This week we are going to be using a pilates ball. If you don’t have a pilates ball, it’s a small ball we use to engage and accentuate the workout and different parts of our body. We’ll be focusing on deep lower abdominals and inner thigh work and using that ball to keep us accountable in several different shapes if you will.

Also this week you will notice my shirt says good vibes” we are going to be talking about what we can do to raise our overall mood and vibration and also tackling that topic of toxic positivity. There is no such thing as a high vibe life all the time. As humans, we’re meant to explore the full spectrum of emotions and by avoiding certain lower vibration emotions or harder more challenging emotions such as sadness, anger, frustration, and shoving them down we’re actually setting ourselves up for a negative underlying life.
