Welcome back to Season 2 Episode 15 of Pilates With Marilyn.
This week we are working with a Pilates Ball, doing a hybrid fusion of pilates work as well as corrective core work utilizing the ball as a prop.
We are also going to be talking about motivation this week. What is motivation, where does it come from. Often it’s the spark change. Often it can shift with seasons and cycles, whether it be the change from summer to fall, fall to winter, winter to spring, which is where we’re at right now, or spring to summer. It can also come when the pain of changing is far less than the pain of staying the same.
Come join me, explore your body through an amazing work out as well as exploring your sources of motivation. Understanding what motivates us and how our motivation changes really can help shift and allow ourselves grace in those times when we’re really meant to stay still.
