In Season 3 Episode 10 in our express series, we’re gonna focus on vertical concepts of Pilates. Specifically, vertical footwork. Taking all of that great stuff that we do on the reformer with mindfulness of our powerhouse, our body alignment, our core control and adding that into what we would call traditional squats.
So taking those concepts and making them more mindful, more connected, and working on that lower body strength. Remember that our 10-minute express workouts are meant to be knitted together to give you class for you. Spending at least 30-40 minutes in your body, every. single. day.
