We often think about our core work as crunches and sit ups and things that make the front body burn, however your core, your powerhouse is 360 degrees around your body. It is our erects abdomens, internal and external obliques it’s our posterior sling system, its our erector spinaes, it’s our side body obliques and in fact it’s our flute and scapular connections in that powerhouse
So this 10 min express segment is all about working that 360 degrees of that core for our best supported spine. Spine activation, spine mobility and spine control additionally it has the benefits of keeping us nice and strong in that mid section
