This is season 3 episode 4, planks galore! This is part of season 3 environment!
What can we do to optimize your environment? Most of us don’t give ourselves enough time, we let time flow to silly things. However, given the right environment, we are distended to thrive. This season we’re focusing on short express workouts that you can pair together or work independently to target the strength you need in different areas. This week we’re working on grip strength and planks. I have my wrist assured gloves on today, love these for taking out the compression in my wrist that comes from being hyper-mobile.
