Planks! – Pilates With Marilyn Ep. 8
In week 8, we are going to focus on our planks building up our mid-back strength and alignment in multiple angles, high, medium, and low to build up or best plank. Remember our plank is a dynamic full-body exercise so we are going to intersperse this work out with other paces to activate the entire body.
