My name is Marilyn Harder, pilates instructor, and pilates master trainer.
Welcome back to Episode 5, this week we are going to be working in our body focusing deeply on the connection we have with our core. If you’ll notice my shirt today it says, “Kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul”
So our additional piece, tackling that body image neutrality, body image resilience, is also the thought process of changing our negative thoughts about ourselves. What are some strategies when things pop up in our head that is judgemental or negative, we wash that away. I’m gonna give you some really practical tips and of course, I’m gonna pull that practice right into our flow.
We will be focusing deeply on connecting that core also finding our resilience, acceptance, and awareness of the core, which is separate from the ascetics of our belly, of our body. Just know that your body is good it doesn’t have to fit any stigmas of beauty. Remember, you are beautiful just as you are.
