This week we are going to be working on mobility and stability of our hip joints. Mobility and stability of our shoulder joints and the basic foundations for body image neutrality, basic foundations of being present in the moment and itβs just going to be a nice feel good, juicy workout. Getting the joints mobilized and hydrated and that soul mobilized and hydrated
