This week we are going to explore this concept in a yummy flow getting out body moving, getting out mind thinking and our heart glowing. I will tell you, it is possible to love your body in this moment, no matter how you look in the mirror, no matter how you feel with deep seeded appreciation while still moving towards feeling better, experiencing life better and doing better for you.
