This week in Episode 9 – Abdominal Burn – we are working on our core.
Our deep focus on activating and strengthening our core helps mobilize our spine.
If you are someone who struggles with any sort of back discomfort or you’re just looking for more control, maybe for those internal spanks to turn on, this workout is for you this week.
We will go through the core in our rotation, inflection, we’ll work on it in our bridges and our planks as well as some shoulder and hip mobility exercises that rely on the core.
I know this will be one of your favorite workouts so be sure to save it to your save folder and that way you can revisit it whenever possible.
