Welcome back to Pilates With Marilyn
My name is Marilyn Harder, pilates instructor, and pilates master trainer.
In Season 2 we are going to be exploring our movement from the foundations that we set in season 1. As always return to season 1 for any modifications or basics if you feel lost or uncomfortable in any of our exercises.
Additionally, in season 2, we’re going to touch on a topic that is very close to my heart and that is connecting with and loving and appreciating the body that you are in, in this moment. We’ll explore topics of disassociation, self-love, how to find time for self-care, and really truly connecting with our bodies in the way that they are intended to be as our tool to live life and experience everything that life has to offer as well ad our topics of deserving. We deserve to feel good in the body that we’re in. We deserve to move freely, we deserve to move pain-free, and we deserve to take that time out for that care in ourselves.
In the process in season 2 and specifically in episode 1 season 2 we will jump into those topics, get your body moving, feeling good, stronger, and healthier each day.
